1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance / final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@tressverse.com. with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will review and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will cover all return shipping costs for quality-related issues.
